The judge of Málaga Court number 19, has ruled that the Bank who issued a Bank Guarantee must return the money to the buyers in the development “Valle Rosario Golf” in Villanueva del Rosario (Málaga) promoted by Aifos. Aifos went into bankruptcy and has been liquidated but the Bank has been ordered to return the money plus interest
